Ok, I tried experimenting on food yesterday. And made my parfait !
YAY! The cereals weren't my cup of tea. It's POST cereals fyi. NOT NICE!!!!
Maybe it's cheap that's why. hahaha. Around $4++? Or is it ... normal pricing for cereals? Hmmm.. But anyway, wish it was Flinstone's Fruity Pebble or Kellogg's Cornflakes......

Hotdog & Brownies

I didnt managed to wake up in time to make breakfast that I loooonged to have.
So, Mama made it instead :( And Mama suuuure brought back the brother & I childhood memories. Mmmmm~
I wanted to make it but.... sleep had to takeover my morning.
Oh well, I asked her the process of her homemade less-oil hotdog rolls instead .

Hotdog Rolls
Procedures:

1) Steam/ boil the hotdogs (whatever the difference is between steaming & boiling) with a little oil and sugar to it.
2) Meanwhile, flatten slices of bread (to prevent too much oil from being absorbed by the bread)
3) At least 2-3 eggs, stir them in a bowl .
4) Place the hotdogs on bread and roll them !
5) Dip it in the egg mixture.
6) You're ready to fry them! :)

I guess the amount of oil is kinda similar/standard way frying ?
An experienced cook would know.

And Mama started screaming.... Not really. HAHAHHA. Just trying to make things sound exaggerative. But(!) I was awaken by her voice though. In addition, my brother's monstrous footsteps :(
HORRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS IN THE HOUSE.

So, baking time starts !

Instead of my forever dry chocolate muffins, I decided to stay on baking my chocolate brownies. Unfortunately, I guess.... by now... my white chocolate in the fridge might have gone through it's expiry date. So, I decided to experiment and tried out different ways to customise my brownies ! I use peanut butter (which sadly was chunky bits but oh whatever) and Nutella !

Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
90 grams cocoa powder
115 grams butter
340 grams fine sugar
4 large eggs
115 grams plain flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
A pinch of salt

*chocolate chips
*Almond/walnuts
Procedures:

1) Using double boil method, mix cocoa powder and butter together.
2) After double boiling, let it to cool.
3) Sift flour and salt together.
4) Crack eggs into a mixing bowl and beat it (mixer) til its fluff fluff (not so fluffy though)
5) Add in sugar bit by bit while mixing.
6) Beat til sugar is fully crushed/dissolved.
7) Then, add in the flour, salt and vanilla essence - Mix it well by using the folding method. (Don't use mixer)
8) Add in cocoa & butter mixture and mix using folding method again.
9) **Add in your chocolate chips/almond/walnuts if you want to.
10) Heat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
11) Grease 10x10 tray.
12) Place a baking sheet on top of it and grease it again.
13) Bake fore 40-45 minutes. Or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
14) Cool for 1 minute before removing from tray.
15) Decorate your brownies and serve them ! :)

I had my brownies spread with peanut butter and nutella. I had to double boil them separately before spreading them on top of my brownies. Double boiling is good so that they're spread easily and settled down on the brownies when cooled. Instead of white chocolate / peanut butter / nutella, can try to sprinkle some fine sugar (like the ones on pancake). That'll be lovely.

Ok, didn't expect to turn this post into a baking lesson kind of post. Just had to do it for my own future references :)
Hopefully, one day I'll compile whatever I successfully baked and turn this blog to a recipe blog ! Which.... is soooooooo useful (especially for me!).

My recipes are trustworthy okkk! Turns out greaaattt! TRY IT! :D

Yes, ok. Ya. Anyway, that chocolate on that cupcake was nutella ! And honestly, it has made the whole cupcake extremely delicious. Apart from that marshmallow and cream cheese. Since I'm not fan of those two. But who the hell won't love Nutella?! hahahaa.

Woke up early in the morning to bake another batch of chocolate muffins. It's not that I feeell for baking on that day. I'm just trying and trying to make it perfect. Too make it perfect and better than before. So.... I guess I'll try again next time coz this batch kinda not so sweet and still dry. But not so dry as compared to before. YAAAAAAYYY! Got my taste buds on Sliced Strawberry Strudel. Probably the worth it pastry I've eaten so far. It's huge. It's stacked high. The strawberry is moderately sour :) Andddd.... The price ? Not that bad.

Sliced is better than previous mini strudel I guess.

Finally, had this DailyFresh choco deluxe waffles that I've been eyeing for like everytime I'm in Johor.... It's the first food shop that you'll spot when entering the mall,fyi :)

Donated my soft toys this morning! And already got rid of my old-passed-down pants & clothes. YAY! Hopefully those soft toys will make the needy children happier! InsyaAllah. Or maybe just send them to third world country. They need more than I do.
Even though I've gotten rid of my old junks, there's still not much space or I should say NO EMPTY SPACE for any new stuff to come in. :( I'll stop buying stuff theeennn. SAVE MONEY!

SLIME MUFFINS

Tried baking chocolate muffins today! I think I got the recipe from the wrong website. It didn't really provide me with good methods and even... quite unsure about the ingredients. Should have use the other one that has butter as one of the ingredients.
Anyway, it looked good. It tastes a little... bland. Very cocoa-ish. And the shape... HAHAHAAH! It kinda grew too much therefore looked overflowed.

For a first timer in baking muffins,it's a good effort :) I guess. It's better to eat my muffins with chocolate syrup. HEHEHE. WHO WANTS TO TRY?! :D
I'll try another recipe next time. Or maybe... stick with my chocolate-cake brownie. hhahahaha!

Oh, anyway, I got no stamps :( Can't find it anywhere....

While waiting for our Mission Impossible 4 movie, had my caramel stick ! Which.... was 3/4 eaten by Mama. She thought it was hers.... but ... I had it all planned ! To eat it during the movie !!!! :( It's alriggghhhht.

To be honest, I couldn't even eat nor drink during the movie. Why? Because it was freaaaaakkkiiiinngg brrrrrr... COLD! Had too much of aircon exposure during both my Johor trips. I had to suffer dry skin... and it's not cool.
To think about it, I did burned loads of fats to keep myself warm !!! HEHEHEHEHE.

Beard Papa's charmed me with their variety of cream puffs!
My brothers and I didn't know the price of one puff. And then.... we just ordered.... Turns out 6 pieces 30RM. Yeaaahhh, didn't expect it to be that costly.
We brought it home and didn't refrigerate it immediately. Unfortunately, the durian cream puffs didn't survived the next day. Not so good to keep it for a few days...
Today, unfortunately (again), the vanilla cream puff couldn't survive either... At least, I was able to taste it ! Heheehehe.

So, if ya'll wanna go and buy cream puffs from Beard Papa's, please eat them on the spot after you bought them. Don't neglect them. NEVER NEGLECT THEM.

Anywaaaay! The Tom Yum tastes similar to the ones Mama & I cooked !!!!! So proud of myself to be able to cook that well. CHEEEEEY. hahahahhaa! :D

We had a cute little skinny company from this cat. She was really skinny and hungry. Kept meow-ing and meeting my eyes in desperation for food. She even climbed an empty chair we had around our table and seemed like a toddler, joining us for dinner. SO CUTE!
So.... We fed her loads of prawns. hehehe. Yes, it's a girl. I SAW HER BREASTS!

Johor Trip (Part I)

This Johor just opened up a Premium Outlet store where they sell all branded authentic new items. As you can see, one of them was Burberry. Yes, I know I might be kinda selfish and only took a scenery picture with Burberry on it. I just love Burberry. Andddd ohhh! They got new bag designs. IT'S L to the O to the V to the E LY! LOVELY! :D Tried on their trenchcoat as well (those with fur fur stuffs). Felt like a snow queen! hahahaha. Even their umbrella & raincoat alsooooo nice ! I LIKE.

This cripsy crepe was my dessert after another 2 desserts. hahaha. Which was all after Thai cuisine lunch! DELICIOUS I TELL YOU. The tomyum... MmmmmMmmmm~ SHIOK! Singapore has it's restaurant as well. For your info (to my Tampines readers), nearest Century Square Lvl 1. But.... Sorry, not Halal. :( SO SAD!!!!!!!! The steam rice was nice too ! Had fried Sea Bass as well! If you know me well enough, I'm a rare fish eater. Anyway, depends. I've started eating healthily already!!!! YAHOOOO!

Ok. Ya. I was darn stuffed but noooo... Humaira's stomach always have room for desserts! Had that chocolate oreo crepe! Super huge and crispy. But the place.... Very POPULAR with houseflies. Malaysia maaaah :)

Grocery shopping. What to expect if you're on a Malaysia trip with moms?
I don't mind actually. I just push the trolley for them and just grab foods I love. Just to increase the weight of the trolley you see....

Had mine at mixed berries and strawberries. Eunice was blueberries and raspberries. VERY BERRY DAY we had today! I don't know why but I think the lady loves me more. Look at the height of my froyo. Swirl swirl itttt !!! Nice swirls anyway. But.... I'm still loving Sogurt forever. Prreaase there's topping to my Sogurt Froyo and not to this :):):) I wanna go Soguuuurrt! Why no Sogurt at either Tamp/Simei ????! :(

Lastly, we were walking from Simei to Tampines. Came alone this passerby uncle.... He walked like normal human being. Yes, as in... passing by normally. Just beside us. Suddenly, he said "So pretty". HAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHHAAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was for Eunice hopefully. HAHAHAHA. HOPEFULLY?!!! HAHAHHAHAAHAHA!!!!!!!! Sorry, Eunice :P Eunice haaaaad to be so curious. So, she turned and the uncle turned as well. WOOOWEEEET~ SCARY YET FUNNY.

It has been 2 weeks now since my brother went off to Taiwan for his Sergeant course thing. Hope he's doing well & finnne down there. November the 13th

went out with the girls last Sunday - Singapore Kindness Movement Day.
Though we weren't kind ourselves coz we dyingly WANT that beautiful bright yellow daisy for ourselves! It was supposedly to be given to people around you whom showed kindness toward you. We were kinda saaaad upon seeing people with like hell loads where they get it from daisies you know. REALLY. Where they get all those daisies?! Can you be kind enough to give us 3? :)
We were late though... Maybe lunch hour they gave daisies out. Despite that, we walked around and came upon Cold Rock and had daisiessssss on the table. HEHEHE.
We stood there admiring and touching those daises. NO SHAME! Anndd we got ourselves one each. YAY!

Before I head off to board any bus, I checked my mailbox. And you don't even know how excited and dead elated I was !!! I even had the urge to call my mum and say "YAAAAYYY! MY PACKAGE ARRIVED!". two sales person made me so happy and smileeeeeeeeeey today ! Body shop's and Sogurt's girl !

Apparently, this Body Shop's body shower (whatever you call it) attracted me into buying it. DAMMIT (!!) It smell soooo greaaat! Especially , Wild Cherry !!! As a wise shopper , looked around first and compare prices.

AND YAAAAAAAAAAAY! Bought wild cherry, shea and passion fruit ! HOHOHOHO! PASSION FRUIT ! Can go along very well with my lips - which is already Passion Fruit lip balm. Which .... still makes my lips dry. OK. No matter how much mineral water I drink. Everyday. OK. Yeah. Sure. Alright.
I don't know why. But I think it was the way I kept on smelling the soap. And kept smiling when smelling. HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA. Crazy. And this very fine young lady just watched me. She's friendly and niceeee. I like her :) :) :)

out with HFr ! We didn't know what to do though... Since it was raining cats and dogs. So, cycling was out of agenda. And we had to go to boring White Sands first. Theeeen, YAY! it stopped raining.

Today, Med E lab test waasss HELL!!!!!!!! :'( I couldnt do la. I was struggling, drowning, dying for help. AAAAAAAAAHH~ Screw it la. Why did I get filter???!
I patched up wrongly ! No wonder like such ugly sine wave i got. And ... like 15 mins to the end of lab test, lovely dovey Mdm Soh helped me. Awwww~! I love her ! She helped me check my circuit. HEHEHEHEHE. felt so stupiid and let her down because i patch up wrongly. :( I'M SOOOO SORRRYYY!!!!
But, oh well, can't see the future of me EVEN PASSING that lab test anyway. Sigh. I didnt manage to even complete it. I didnt draw the graph as well.... BOOOHOOO.
I shall study hard and do well for the ONE AND ONLY LAST QUIZ on monday !

I hate this ribcage feeling. It hurts. But I just can't finish my food. I just need water. But when I have the entire water to myself , I NEED food. Hahaha. Weird human beings may be. Geeez, I got no religious FEEL now to conclude our biophysics report. Shucks. And Ive yet to study for med e lab *inserts super duper saddest face ever* AAAAAHHHHHH~ hopefully I get something that I can patch up easily. Sigh. Goodnight , owls! FELT SO STUPID & SINFUL WATCHING CHINESE GHOST MONTH 'GIG' AT THE FIELD TONIGHT.
OUR NDP SHOW TOGETHER.

yeah, sat at the field where they had Ghost Festival thing. So, we called it "concert". HAHAAHHA!
It didn't end that late though... thought it would end at exactly midnight but nooo, 11pm sharp. Oh wellxszsxzs, so we came in time for a few mins of the show. Wanted to cheer like mad after the show but what if the songs they're singing has some deathly meaning to it? So... yeaaah, just clapped.
After all left, it's juussst Nizar & I at the field theereee ~ sitting there for the nxt one hour. Like in our own world. Our our patch of field. Talkinggg and yeaaaah talked. I KNOW RIGHT! crazy. but... naaaah. hahaha. :) Some passersby (TP stduents) did saw us. Geeez. hahahaa ! Yaaa, kinda true that we attract their attention though.Oh weelllxzsxzs.
IT WAS NICE. :)

and he walked me home.

Today must insaf and read Yassin already ah. hahaha. Raaabaaak sia.

We're going subway style ~
MMmmm.. since we had spaghetti yesterday. So, we use the leftover spaghetti sauce and made subway style sandwich ! YUUUUMMM.
and i only ate half of it la. So FILLINGGGGGG! it took me more than 30mins to finish it. UUGGHHH~ sakit perut already!

oh, before i leave, last night was great ! Ended meeting late. So, we had to breakfast together. Awwww ~ So sweet. Even the Chinese followed us. And so cute watching them eat spicy, indian food. They're like ALIEN to it. Esp Yuting on Chappattis! hahahha.
